Pre-Arrival General Instructions

The Pink House: 

Eagles Nest and Captain’s Quarters 

 

3 East Asheville Street, Wrightsville Beach, NC 28480

 

Located on the ocean side of Lumina Drive, the Pink House is halfway between the two bridges that lead onto the island. From I-40, take Eastwood Road for approximately 5 miles, cross the drawbridge, go straight on Highway 76 or left on 74 into Wrightsville Beach.

 

Traffic notes: The drawbridge lifts for boats to pass under in the summer this occurs on the hour every hour.

Wrightsville Beach police are notorious for ticketing so watch your speed!

 

You will receive a personal code for the front door combination keypad a few days ahead of your arrival. 

Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am. 

 

A note about Parking: There is room for four vehicles in front of the house, 2 per floor. Please be mindful when parking and be sure room is left so that all guest vehicles can fit. On street parking is metered, and not always available.

 

On arrival you will find inside, your pad lock key (with a pink flamingo) for the gate and access underneath the house where laundry, outdoor shower, grills are located. Please lock this gate at night before retiring.

Remember to leave this key behind on the counter when departing.

 

Linens are provided: Laundry facilities are available for your use on the ground floor.
